SUWANNEE COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL)--An Ocala man walks away from a crash unharmed.
Troopers say 66-year-old Brent Hackworth was driving a semi-truck with double trailers and headed north on CR-49, just south of U.S. 27.
Based on the evidence, troopers say he hit the brakes to try to stop before getting to the intersection with U.S. 27. It happened Tuesday morning around 8:15.
The trailers later jackknifed pushing the tractor onto the shoulder towards the woods.
