MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Oasis Center for Women and Girls gearing up for an event that encourages women to run for public office.
The conference called, Women Can Run is coming up in September.
The conference will be the first through the third of September with an opening reception at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum, on South Monroe.
Early bird registration ends today.
They say the program is apart of the ready to run national network, a project of the center for american women and politics.
