TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The Northwood Centre has been facing foreclosure after a complaint was filed by the building's investment group.
The investment group has claimed that Northwood Associates stopped making payments on the facility in April 2016. The group has asked for $46 million plus interest, late charges and other expenses.
This complaint came after several other lawsuits were filed against Northwood Associates. A court date to here the complaint has not yet been set.
