PERRY, Fla. (WTXL) - FDLE says that a death investigation is underway in Perry at 310 Maurice Linton Road.
They said that they were called to assist in a death investigation by the Perry Police Department.
PPD said that they were called to the Taylor Baptist Association by church members around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
They do not suspect foul play and instead believe that the incident is an "apparent suicide".
Witnesses at the scene say that there is a heavy police presence in the area. They say that several church members are there as well.
