KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) - Central Florida authorities have arrested a New Jersey fugitive they say was wanted for fatally shooting a man after breaking into his bedroom.

Osceola County Sheriff's deputies said they received information that 30-year-old Nestor Torres was in Kissimmee. Authorities went to the address Monday and arrested Torres without incident.

New Jersey officials said Torres broke into a home in February and fatally shot 27-year-old Stephon Cusion. Torres was wanted for kidnapping and murder.

He is in the Osceola County Jail awaiting extradition to Camden County, New Jersey.
