NEW YORK (AP) - Nielsen says a total 6 million viewers saw Wednesday night's presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, which was simulcast by Univision and CNN.
Univision averaged 2 million viewers while CNN drew nearly 4 million. This total was slightly larger than the audience for Sunday's faceoff on CNN between the two candidates. It drew 5.5 million viewers.
The debate - the 8th between Clinton and Sanders - was moderated by Jorge Ramos and Maria Elena Salinas of Univision and Karen Tumulty of The Washington Post.
