TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A new trial date has been set for quadruple murder suspect Henry Segura.
Segura could face the death penalty if found guilty for the 2010 murders of his ex-girlfriend, their son, and her twin 6-year old daughters.
A jury could not reach a verdict last August.
Segura's new trial is set for September 11.
