TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A new trial date has been set for a Tallahassee man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her 3 young children in 2010.
Henry Segura is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend Brandi Peters, her 6-year-old twin daughters and 3-year-old son. The family's bodies were found in their home on Saddle Creek Run.
Segura was expected to go to trial at the end of August. However, his attorney asked to travel to Italy to get a DNA sample from a known drug trafficker whose DNA they say was found at the scene.
Segura is now scheduled to go to trial in March 2017.
