VALDOSTA, Ga. -- A new signal light is at the intersection of Twin Street and St. Augustine Road in Valdosta.
The signal will go active on Feb. 12. The city’s Engineering Department has posted message boards, facing east and west, to inform the drivers and pedestrians of the new traffic light.
The signal marks the opening of the intersection for the first time in six months. Crews were working in the area to provide better traffic flow in that part of the city.
