The Foundation for diversity and Inclusion in Sport held a discussion Wednesday night.
They stressed how diversity and inclusion are important but separate ideas.
Diversity is the theory of everyone being involved, and inclusion is the actions taken.
Keynote speaker Vanessa Fuchs says it's an issue they're working to improve on at FSU.
