TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - New development is coming to Tallahassee. The Ferber Company announced today the development of Magnolia Grove.
The more than 9 acre parcel is located on the southwest corner of Magnolia Drive and Park Avenue East. It will be the home of several retailers including Starbucks Coffee, Smashburger, Blaze Pizza, Mattress One, Oishii Bento Pan Asian & Sushi, Which Wich and Stanton Optical.
The property will also include a 134-room, Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel.
The property was the former homestead of the Smith family, the legacy behind Capital City Bank. The property closed in August of 2014.
Magnolia Grove is scheduled to be open by next fall.
