DECATUR COUNTY, GA -- Neighbors in Decatur County say when it comes to illegal dumping on their roads, enough is enough. Many posting their frustrations on Facebook.
Their concern comes as the Bainbridge-Decatur County Marshal’s Office looks to track down who’s responsible for the latest case of illegal dumping in the county.
Deputies say they went through the bags of trash on Cooter Bouie Road and have an idea of who’s responsible. They, along with county inmates, did clean up the mess.
Officials say citations have been issued.
