Korean Air cancels flights between major American travel hubs and Seoul amid coronavirus

LAS VEGAS — Korean Air announced Wednesday that it's suspending flights to dozens of cities around the world amid the outbreak of COVID-19, better known as coronavirus.

The airline announced that it had canceled routine flights between its hub near Seoul to American cities like Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Honolulu Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington.

The airline also announced it was suspending flights to major travel hubs like London, Frankfurt, Sydney, Rome and Beijing. Most international flights were canceled through April 25, but some flights to cities in Asia have been canceled through May 31.
