LAS VEGAS — The woman's been accused of murder after shoving a 74-year-old man off a Las Vegas bus has been released on bail.

According to KTNV, Cadesha Bishop, 25, has been released on bail. She is scheduled for a court appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court on May 23.

Las Vegas police released the shocking video of a woman pushing an elderly man off a bus earlier this week. The incident occurred on March 21.

KTNV reports the elderly man initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day. On May 3, police were notified that the man had died from his injuries.

Police said that Bishop was arguing with and cursing at other passengers on the bus when the victim asked Bishop to be nicer to the passengers. That's when she forcefully pushed him off the bis, causing his head hit the concrete approximately 8 feet away from the bus.

The woman and her child then left the scene without stopping.

Bishop is facing an open murder charge.
