Target has announced some changes in hours amid the coronavirus pandemic.

According to a letter from Chairman and CEO Brian Cornell, store hours will be reduced and all stores will be closed by 9 p.m. daily.

This will give employees a chance to replenish and deep-clean the stores for guests.

Target says it will also reserve the first hour of shopping each Wednesday to support vulnerable guests, including the elderly and those with underlying health concerns.

They also say they are fast-tracking the flow of products that are in highest demand, including food, medicine and other essentials.
