(WTXL) — Two emojis could get you banned from Facebook and Instagram.
Facebook and Instagram, which share the same community standards, quietly released updates to their guidelines, stating that using an eggplant or peach emoji in a sexual manner could get a user banned, according to the New York Post.
If you're simply using an emoji to tell a friend or family member that the eggplant you're currently enjoying is amazing, then you should be fine, WPLG reports.
The new standards for the social media platforms were updated in July but didn’t go into effect until September, the New York Post stated.
