Coca-Cola says coronavirus is disrupting its supply of artificial sweetener.

It hasn't affected production yet. But they say if the current trends continue or get worse, they could see a 2 or 3 percent drop in output.

Coke gets some of its artificial sweetener from China.

They use it in both their diet soda and their zero sugar drinks.

Coca-Cola announced Monday as part of their annual report that they have initiated contingent supply plans for the near future, and don't foresee any short-term impact.

The company did not specify which sweetener or sweeteners were affected by the supply and export delays.
