According to the Leon County Sheriff's Office, William Cruz Saldivar was pronounced dead on-scene and his passenger, Francisco Gonzales, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Deputies are still investigating the crash but say alcohol may have played a factor in Saldivar's death.

The driver over corrected to the left, then over corrected to the right; deputies say resulting in the car beginning to spin.
