MOULTRIE, Ga.-- Sunday alcohol sales could soon be coming to Moultrie. City Council members voted in favor of adding an ordinance to next November's ballot.
The proposed change would allow alcohol sales on Sundays, but limit them from 12:30-11:30 p.m. at stores and 12:30p.m.-midnight at restaurants.
This applies to malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits, depending on the business' alcohol license.
