MOULTRIE, Ga. (WTXL) - A Moultrie man is now facing a felony theft charge,
after crashing a vehicle.
According to Georgia State Patrol, officers responded to an accident on I-75 Thursday afternoon. Reports say a vehicle struck a reflector post after failing to stay in its lane.
Officers then located a man who was asking for a ride, and discovered the vehicle was reported stolen earlier that day. Upon search of the vehicle officers found a rifle. Gregory Daniels is now facing felony theft, felony possession of a firearm,and leaving the scene of an accident.
