MOULTRIE, Ga. (WTXL) - For the first time, the Moultrie Fire Department has designed T-shirts as a way to aid in the fight against breast cancer.
Firefighters began selling these shirts just last Monday, and have already sold six hundred.
Captain Courtney Azar says the proceeds will go to breast cancer research.
He says this is something he and the other firefighters have been eager to be a part of for a while now.
"The guys have really joined in on it," he said. "I mean it's been a great morale booster for us, getting to be out in the public to sell these shirts for a great cause."
If you'd like to buy a shirt, Azar says you can stop by the Moultrie Fire Department or City Hall.
They'll be selling them all throughout October.
