LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WTXL) - A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries following a crash Friday evening on Interstate 75 in Lowndes County.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, six friends were riding separate motorcycles, when one of them rode too close to the motorcycle in front of him, and hit the back tire.
That driver crashed, causing he and another motorcyclist to get ejected from their bikes.
That other motorcyclist suffered minor injuries but troopers say he refused treatment on the scene.
