TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The motion to dismiss the Henry Segura quadruple murder trial has been denied.

Segura is accused of killing Brandi Peters and her three children in 2010.

The motion filed by Segura's attorneys claimed that DNA evidence was withheld from the defense that may have allowed them to interview additional persons of interest.

Pretrial was set to begin June 19 and 22 but is again being delayed. A case management date has been set for August 7.
