TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Mothers in Crisis, Inc. will host an Evening of Hope, an informational event held in honor of Mother's Day.
The event will be held on Thursday, May 9, at 6:30 p.m. It will take place at the Leon County Health Department, which is on Orange Avenue.
An Evening of Hope will be an open discussion about important and relevant issues facing mothers, specifically the findings of a recent report conducted by the Florida Task Force on Prescription Drug Abuse & Newborns. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi will attend the event and present a video presentation.
