Metcalf, Ga. (WTXL) - Tom Baker and Miles Daisier have now been released on bond. Authorities say they bonded out shortly after 3pm on Thursday.
The two were charged with criminal trespassing following the death of 37 year old Brandon Jackson. Jackson died after jumping off of a TV tower in Metcalf.
Both Baker and Daiser were at the site, but could not find Jackson once he landed. His body was later located by the Thomas County Sheriff's office about a quarter of a mile away from the tower.
Baker was a tunnel jump instructor with over 5,000 jumps in his career. He worked for a company in North Carolina called Paraclete XP Skyventure. They declined to comment on his arrest, but said he was not a base jumper himself.
Daisher is sponsored by Red Bull and, according to the company, has participated in more than 7,200 sky dives and over 4,000 base jumps. He also holds the world record for the most jumps in a single day and most jumps in a single year.
Red Bull Officials released this statement on Friday regarding the incident, "this was not a Red Bull event. Along with everyone, our thoughts are with the family and friends of the young man who lost his life."
