VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)--A Valdosta man is accused of firing shots from a vehicle that hit a woman inside a car.
Police say 18-year-old Justin Rashad Foster was riding in a Mazda car Monday night. The driver, 20-year-old Khadisha Williams, pulled up alongside a Nissan Altima on the 1100 block of East Park Avenue.
Police say Foster started shooting at the car. Twenty-year-old Tonisha Finch was shot in the leg.
Police say Williams had been in an argument earlier in the evening with someone in the Altima. Foster is charged with four counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime, and discharging a firearm in the roadway. Besides Foster and Williams, two others were also inside the Mazda.
Seventeen-year-old JuMonta Huggie is charged with four counts party to the crime of aggravated assault.
Twenty-year-old Dejanira Wade is charged with misdemeanor obstruction.
