VALDOSTA, Fla.-- Moody Air Force base is issuing a noise advisory, ahead of aerial training that will take place on Thursday.
The base says excess noise may be heard in Valdosta and in surrounding areas, because of the training, which is scheduled between 11:00 a-m and 3:00 p-m.
F-15's, F-16's, A-10's along with other aircraft will be a part of the training.
Military personnel use the range and its surrounding airspace for tactical air and ground maneuvers as well as weapons training.
