JEFFERSON Co., FL (WTXL) - A Monticello man has died after a crash in Jefferson County.
The crash happened Monday on U.S. 27 near Cody Church Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Drew Alan Norman was eastbound when his pick-up went off the shoulder.
The truck then swerved back across the highway before overturning in the median; the 58-year-old was ejected.
Norman was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries
Troopers say Norman was not wearing his seatbelt and at this time investigators are looking into whether alcohol was a factor in the crash.
