TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The MLK Foundation of Florida, Incorporated and the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church held their annual Black History program today.
The program was held at the Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church, and the key not speaker was Reverend Dr. Matthew Carter, a member of the Florida A & M Board of Trustees and the former chairman of the Florida Public Service Commission.
