TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Judge James Hankinson declares a mistrial in quadruple murder case of Henry Segura.
The judge is scheduling a case management hearing for Tuesday, August 22, at 10:30 a.m.

Henry Segura is accused of murdering his girlfriend Brandi Peters and her three children (Tamiyah, 6; Taniyah, 6; and JaVante, 3) in 2010.
