TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department is seeking information on the location of a 23-year-old man because of concern for his welfare.
Police say that Kevin Gerard Williams was last seen Thursday in the area of Woodrich Drive. He was wearing an orange Gators hoodie and sweat pants with red and black Jordan tennis shoes.
