JACKSONVILLE, FL (WTXL) - Police have found the missing 4-year-old child from Jacksonville.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement said that Norris Dail Jr. was reported missing on Wednesday.
During the investigation, they said that the boy may be with his father, Norris Dail Sr.
