MIDWAY, Fla. (MPD)-- Midway Police Department has arrested 30 year old Ronnie Coley after pulling him over for speeding Tuesday. Coley was pulled over on Interstate 10 for excessive speed. When the officers asked Coley why he was speeding he didn't respond. At that time, officers received confirmation from Bay County Sheriffs Office that Coley was wanted out of Bay County for more than 3 criminal cases. Coley was arrested and is currently being held at the Gadsden County Jail without incident.
Coley open warrants are, Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property, False Verification of ownership, and Renting Property with Intent to Defraud.
Coley was also cited and charged with, Unlawful Speed, Driving while License Suspended or Revoked, No proof of insurance, Expire Tag, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
