JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Jackson County Sheriff's Office responded to an armed and dangerous call in the area of Popular Springs Road and Hwy. 90 on Monday, November 27.
The victim reported that Callen Bozeman and Cameron Peterson had met him to look at some PlayStation 4 games, he had for sale.
Reports say Bozeman and Peterson drove off with the games and the victim followed them in his own car. While the victim followed the pair, he claimed Bozeman pointed a gun towards him and started firing shots in his direction.
Investigators found Bozeman and Peterson and initiated a traffic stop.
During the traffic stop, deputies found a quantity of marijuana and digital scales.
Both men were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
The case is under investigation and further charges are pending.
