5 men arrested during undercover operation along US-41 in Sarasota

SARASOTA Co., Fla (WWSB) – The Sarasota Police Department Street Crimes Unit and the Narcotics Unit and Patrol Division arrested five men along North Tamiami Trail for soliciting prostitution on Thursday.

In the undercover operation, four Bradenton men and one man from Palm Harbor as well as two cars were taken into custody.

Jimmy Hernandez-Pantoja, 19, of Bradenton, was charged with Solicitation of Prostitution.

Jose Romero Gutierrez, 31,  of Bradenton, was charged with Solicitation of Prostitution.

Santos N. Rivas, 40, of Bradenton, was charged with Solicitation of Prostitution and his vehicle was seized.

Tereso Roblero-Arriaga, 37, of Bradenton, was charged with Solicitation of Prostitution.

Thomas Irvine, 61, of Palm Harbor, was charged with Solicitation of Prostitution and his vehicle was seized.
