TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Jeep Lovers are having a memorial ride in honor of fallen Leon County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chris Smith.
The ride begins tonight at 7:00 p.m. Those participating will be meeting at the Village Commons Shopping Center. They will depart from the shopping center at 7:30 and end their ride around 8:30 p.m. at the Leon County Sheriff's Office, where they will pay their respects to Deputy Smith.
The organizers say several of the Jeep Club members are in Law Enforcement or are affiliated with Law Enforcement so they have a special connection with this memorial ride.
