FLORIDA (WTXL) - Several Florida correctional institutions are canceling Memorial Day visitation ahead of Subtropical Storm Alberto's landfall.
The Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) says that leadership is closely monitoring the storm to ensure inmates, staff, and the communities around the facilities are safe.
As part of that precaution, officials have canceled Monday's holiday visitation at the following facilities:
