TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Later this month, the Meek-Eaton Black Archives will be hosting a reading of the Emancipation Proclamation as a part of Tallahassee's Festival of Freedom 2015.
The celebration will be free and open to the public and will feature dance, song, poetry, theatrical performances, and other artistic works.
It kicks off at 6 p.m. on May 19.
