Marianna woman behind bars after making bomb threats

JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A woman has been arrested, accused of threatening to blow up the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say that the woman called the Sheriff's Office around 3:20 a.m., saying that she was going to blow up the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies and the Marianna Police Department responded to the Sheriff's Office and cleared the building. They said that their search didn't reveal anything.

After an investigation, Davida Brannon, 27, of Marianna admitted to making the bomb threat. 

Brannon was arrested and transported to the Jackson County Correctional Facility. She has been charged with making a false bomb threat.
