MARIANNA, Fla. (WTXL) - The Marianna Police Department has arrested four men and a minor in connection to several burglaries around the city.
Police say that there has been a spike in property crimes in the city.
"As a direct result of our Officer's, Investigator's, and Administrator's hard work and diligence, along with the support and help of the People of Marianna, we have been able to apprehend several suspects, and return numerous items to their rightful owners," the department wrote on Facebook.
A total of five were arrested for burglary:
- Markel Ellis - Charged with Residential Burglary and Breaking or Entering
- Michael Daniels - Charged with Residential Burglary and Breaking or Entering
- Timothy Fields - Charged with Six Counts of Breaking or Entering
- Donald Williams - Charged with Theft of Property (Felony) and Criminal Conspiracy
- Unnamed Juvenile - Charged with Aggravated Robbery
