MADISON, Fla. (WTXL) - A manhunt is now underway for a suspect who broke into a Madison home.
The Madison County Sheriff's Office says multiple deputies have responded to the area of Country Kitchen Road, Nixon Way and Nixon Loop.
They say a home owner reported that a suspect entering their residence before running out the back door and into the woods.
Deputies have established a perimeter and a MCSO K-9 is on scene. Residents are asked to avoid this area if possible as this incident is active.
At this time a description of the suspect is unknown.
