41-year-old Pamela Dilts is wanted for obtaining or attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or forgery.
Valdosta Police need help tracking down the man seen in the surveillance video shown above. Officers say he has a snake tattoo on his left arm and another unknown tattoo on his right arm. He has facial hair, with short "twists" coming out the back of his ball cap. You can call detectives at (229) 293-3123 with tips.
