Sandra Tooks is wanted by Bainbridge Public Safety Officers for shoplifting. She is described as a black female, 5' 02" weighing 210 pounds.
Candice L. Patton, 25, is wanted for violation of probation/criminal use of personal ID, violation of probation/uttering, violation of probation/grand theft. She is described as a white female, 5' 05" and 100 pounds.
