A man wearing a "Father of the Year" shirt was arrested in Clay County Monday. He reportedly fled Ohio after he committed child sex crimes, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office (CCSO).
Clarence Sheese, 50, was arrested after The United States Marshals Service (USMS) and CCSO received information that he was living in Fleming Island at 1555 Hammock Bay Court. Authorities verified his identity by his Ohio state license.
Sheese was charged with two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition. He is now sitting in the Clay County Jail with no bond.
