TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man wanted for the sexual assault of a minor under the age of 16 has been arrested over the weekend.
Justin Johnson, 27, was arrested on Saturday for two counts of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious conduct, online solicitation of a minor, obstruction of justice in a 3rd degree felony, and three counts of transmitting harmful information to minors.
According to a probable cause document, Johnson was wanted for an incident back in 2016.
The document alleges that Johnson had entered the victim's room and engaged in sexual activity with her against her will. The victim also told police that she had received several pictures on Snapchat from Johnson, depicting him nude.
Following an interview with Johnson, law enforcement told him not to contact the victim or the family about the investigation. Johnson did not obey, and came to the victim's home, begging her to drop the charges.
Johnson was later arrested and put behind bars on a $37,500 bond.
