JACKSONVILLE, FL. (AP) - A man suspected of killing his in-laws in Tennessee has been arrested in Jacksonville.

Police say 39-year-old Bryan Cooke was booked into the Duval County Jail early Tuesday after he was spotted at a motel on Jacksonville's west side.

The Florida Times-Union reports authorities in Tennessee had alerted police that Cooke could be heading to Florida.

There were no reports of injuries during his capture. But the details of the arrest haven't been made public.

Cooke is accused of killing Gail and Gary Dodson in their Warren County, Tennessee, home. Authorities say they were found dead after employees at their restaurant became concerned when they didn't show up to work.

There was no word on whether Cooke has hired a lawyer.
