He didn't pay for them on a stop at Sunglass Hut, 1500 Apalachee Parkway, on Nov. 12, 2017.
The Tallahassee Police Department says if you have information about the man, please call them at (850) 891 - 4200 or Crime Stoppers at (850) 574 - TIPS.
