TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--A man is stabbed to death outside of an apartment complex in Tallahassee.
Police say it happened on the 2100 block of Pasco Street around 3:45 Saturday afternoon. His identity is not being released until his next to kin is notified. We're told he died at a local hospital.
