According to the Leon County Sheriff's Office, Ladarius Dickey was shot at the Timbers Apartment Complex on December 9.
They say Dickey was uncooperative and would not give information on possible suspects after he was shot.
Witnesses told investigators they saw a gunman go into Dickey's home so they obtained a search warrant for the apartment.

Dickey was taken into custody on Tuesday. He is being charged with trafficking meth, five counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of controlled substance (spice) with intent to sell, and maintaining a drug house.
When he was arrested he also had marijuana on his person adding possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia to his list of charges.
