TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - The Tallahassee Police Department has released the name of the man shot and killed at the Pine Lakes Apartment Homes on Wednesday.
David Queen was found at the Halstead Boulevard apartments at approximately 2:55pm by First Responders suffering from a gun shot according to police.
Police say Queen was taken to the hospital and later died from his injuries.
According to Police, the investigation shows that Queen was shot by the community mailboxes in the complex parking lot after an altercation with a second male.
The second male was questions by police but has not been charged in the incident, says investigators.
